Keep Premature Ejaculation in Check and Stop the Embarrassment

Many of us men dream of becoming the exceptional lover who will make love to our lady all night long. Unfortunately; premature ejaculation often times pops up its ugly head and creeps upon us when we least expect it to.
Without doubt, premature ejaculation serves as one of the most embarrassing and most frustrating things that end up screwing up our sexual prowess, these effects are so drastic that they bruise our egos and we end up questioning our self-worth.
Now that is out, the question that lingers is….what exactly is premature ejaculation and how in the world are we able to suffer from it? This is question that not only lingers in my mind, but every other man.
Technically, premature ejaculation happens many times during the first minutes when we have sex. It actually strikes when we are all set and ready to go in, (Penetrate the vagina) after the first inward stroke, followed by the outward stroke and for some just after a couple of strokes we all shoot up the load.
When and if an orgasm strikes just after a couple of minutes, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you automatically suffer from premature ejaculation, it just means that the timing was not in any way right and its nothing to get alarmed about.
Yet another logical explanation that would also lead to the definition of premature ejaculation could be the routinely climax way before you sexually fulfil your lady friend. For women your quick climax means that they will be unable to achieve an intense orgasm.

The Mistake We All Make

It’s rather unfortunate that many men tend to believe that premature ejaculations is something that is shameful. This belief has led many a man get humiliated due to their lack of stamina in the bedroom. This has led to most men avoiding any sexual contact with their lady friends.

Fortunately for all of us, things do not have to be this or any other way. As embarrassing as premature ejaculation is, it is also an event that can be reversed and an event that we can all get rid of once and for all!
Toughening the Pelvic Muscles in the pelvis region is one proven and continuously practised technique that is known to significantly increase staying power. Mental Muscle as it is often regarded as is a point which plays a major role in determining the length in time that someone will last.

Simpler exercises include combining the right diet, doing breathing exercises and physical exercises four to five days a week and performing foreplay are all perfect ways of ensuring that every sexual encounter is a great encounter!

Reasons for Missed and Late Menstruation

There are many reasons why your menstrual cycle might be late or even missing but there are few of them are the most probable cause for that.
First and foremost, you might be pregnant. Of course, pregnancy is possible only when a woman had sex with a man without using any type of contraception. However, in some cases even if you have used protection it is possible that it fail to protect you. Pregnancy is possible only with a sexual intercourse, during which the man ejaculates his semen in the vagina, but it can also happen in cases when the man, just before ejaculation, pulls the penis out of the vagina. Anal sex, oral sex and all other types of sex can’t lead to pregnancy. In case you had sexual intercourse that can lead result in pregnancy and the menstrual cycle is late, there are two options for you. You can buy a pregnancy test or you can calculate the so-called fertile days.

Calculating fertile days is not really the perfect choice for protection because they are not very reliable, but they can help you establish a framework about whether you were fertile during that period or not.
Women are usually most fertile between two menstrual cycles. Sometimes this state is visible thanks to the increased vaginal discharge. This fertile period is also called a period of ovulation.

In order to determine your fertile days you can also use so-called menstrual calendars. These calendars have many purposes – from calculating fertile days to observation of your body’s behavior. These calendars can help your gynecologist a lot because we often can’t remember when the last time we had a period or some other things related with our sexual health. Ovulation can be affected by alcohol, tobacco, drugs, stress, diseases and more. That’s why we can’t rely on calculating the fertile days.

The link between the moon and menstrual cycles has been proved many times. The moon phase of fertility might occur at any time, no matter when was your last menstruation. The moon fertility period is calculated for each woman individually, based on the time of birth.

Menstruation can be late or missing for many other reasons. One of the major causes of this is of course – stress. Menstruation can fail because your body is trying to establish a new balance. That’s why teenage girls have so many irregular menstruations. Establishing a regular menstrual cycle can last for several years and in order to achieve that women should take care about their diet – eating too much or too little can affect the menstruation. Furthermore, excessive exercising can lead to body exhaustion and this kind of routine can confuse your menstrual cycle.

Irregular menstruation and its absence might be a short-term or long-term occurrence. In cases of long-term irregularities, the best option is to visit your gynecologist. If this is a short-term problem, try to find out what kind of changes in your life happened during that period.

Menstruation can be a great indicator about what is going on in the woman’s body.

What is prostatitis and how to deal with it?

Prostatitis is a medical term used to describe a state in men who have problems with their prostate. Prostatitis is actually a generic name for symptoms caused by the inflammation of the prostate or they are similar to those symptoms. This means that in some cases the symptoms are similar but there is no actual inflammation. This is a common occurrence, especially in young men, that appears mostly due to two reasons. The first one is recurrent flow of urine into the prostate, especially during heavy physical activity and this state is also known as chemical inflammation. The second reason is bacterial infection.

Some of the known reasons for appearance of prostate illness include – lack of physical activity, sitting in the chair or in the car for a longer period, frequent unprotected sexual intercourses with different partners, increased number of various inflammations and using medications without doctor’s supervision. Because there are numerous reasons for prostatitis, experts have decided to divide this state into four types.

The first type is so-called acute bacterial prostatitis. As the name suggests this prostatitits is caused by bacteria. Some of the symptoms of acute bacterial prostatitis include – pain in the lower abdominal area, pressure in the perianal area, and interference in urination – frequent, painful and urination with burning sensation, painful ejaculation and increased prostate sensitivity. In some cases, people that are suffering from prostatitis experience increased body temperature and fever. The best way to treat acute bacterial prostatitis is to use antibiotics, antipyretics, analgesics and warm baths.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis can appear if the prostatitis sufferer doesn’t treat acute prostatisi properly. The patient has increased body temperature and feels tension and pressure in the perineum, lower back pain and disorders in the sexual life. So, if you have finished treating an acute bacterial prostatitis, it is always a good idea to visit your doctor and bring sperm and urine samples for examination. If there are signs of prostatitis you will have to take additional antibiotics. Patient may suffer erectile dysfunction if not treated properly.

Unlike previous two types, non-bacterial prostatitis doesn’t appear because of bacterial infection. It is very similar to the bacterial types but the cause cannot be detrmined. The pain that this type of prostatitis causes can last for several months. It can be detected by excluding all other possible sources, such as acute bacterial prostatitis for example. What makes this type different is that it usually appears in young men that have very active sexual life (usually with different partners) and have suffered from urethritis. Some experts believe that the main cause for non-bacterial prostatitis is the sexual intercourse or the contact to be more precise. Treatment is difficult and it lasts long, and it is generally performed by finding the right antibacterial agent.

Prostadynia is the last type of prostatitis. It is a medical condition in which the patient has all the symptoms and sign of prostatitis but the there is no evidence that it is an inflammation. In most cases it is not an inflammation and it is not treated with antibiotics.
