Techniques to Prevent Premature Ejaculation

First of all you should understand what happens to your body at the time of ejaculation. The male orgasm consists of two stages: the first stage begins in the prostate gland which surrounds the urethra and is positioned in a circle above the layout of the penis. The prostate gland shrinks and releases fluids together with seminal vesicle contents into the urethra.
