The secrets of male satisfaction

Let’s be honest – modern men are a little bit insecure and confused especially when it comes to bedroom activities. Sexual life of men has many enemies and some of them include – lack of libidosexual desire, erectile dysfunctions, fear that they will not meet the expectations from their partner etc. The causes are different for each man, but one is more apparent than the rest. It looks like women care less what their partners want in bed, while men do not dare to publicly expose their desires.

In order to get out of this dead end, women need to take a step back and consider what their partners naturally like and don’t dare to ask, what stimulates their desire and what they would like to do. All of this could be possible if women broke their cultural heritage that teaches them that they want an active and powerful, yet careful and gentle man. Many sexologists suggest that modern men are carrying a heavy burden – they must always be ready and prepared. But, there is a solution which comes in the form of love and emotions. Rediscovering these feelings is the right way to start. If a man is able to do that he ceases to be insecure, passive and frightened. They recognize their own instincts and faithfully follow these instincts without fear of being characterized as crude and vulgar. So, the solution lies in understanding, knowledge of the male pleasure mechanism.

Many studies and surveys have confirmed that the taste of men has not changed. It is a well known fact that the stronger erection is still falling on erotic images. This means that the look is the first stimulation involved in male pleasure and satisfaction. Watching their partner taking her clothes off and her naked body is an exciting foreplay for many men. So, indulge yourself on his look with the lights on, highlight your sex appeal in beautiful underwear and his sexual desire will be awakened. Another thing that most men really like is quick sex. So, what to do if he proposes quick and even a bit wild sex? Simply, let them do it and you will understand that at that moment that is his strongest desire. If you please him he will look at sex like fun activity and he will be really happy. It doesn’t make any sense to strongly condemn his desire, it is better to accept his request as a game and as an integral part of life.

Men love to be touched and massaged too. In this way they feel like they are in the center of your attention. The tenderness that you provide in the bed creates great comfort and satisfaction even when he doesn’t admit or give back. According to Oriental knowledge, sexual energy points are located on the ribs in the middle of the chest. By lightly pressuring these points you will be able to perform a stimulating massage. Another hot spot is located on the soles of the feet. The feet are sensitive erogenous zone although very often people don’t pay enough attention to this area.

Keep in mind that men don’t have much understanding and will for creativity, unless it is their proposal. Over some period of time men relax and gain confidence and this is the moment when you can take the imitative

Get Screened for Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Safe sex means that you care about your sexual partner’s and your health and well-being, you reduce risk of unwanted pregnancy, and you prevent infection when you have any sexual contact. It also means that you get screened for STDs whenever it is necessary.

Vaginal sex and anal sex are unsafe activities, since blood and sexual fluids can spread diseases. Hormonal contraception options and condoms can make these unsafe activities less risky. Many believe that oral sex is considered safe sex, however, it is a misbelief. If you have oral sex, you are supposed to use condoms (for fellatio) or Sheer Glyde dams or other barriers (for oral sex performed on women). Oral sex is “safer”, but unprotected oral sex can give you ugly surprises: gonorrhea, syphilis, and hepatitis B.

Sex without intercourse – mutual masturbation or online sex – is safe activity. It is safer than penetrative sex, however, you still can get herpes or human papilloma virus. You had better get vaccines against human papilloma virus and hepatitis B.

Get Screened

As a responsible person, you should reduce risk and get screened for STDs. Probably you want to act responsibly, however, you are unaware of the fact that you are infected. Some sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphilis do not have obvious symptoms for several months. If you are infected with HIV(human immunodeficiency virus) and hepatitis B, you will not have any symptoms for several months, perhaps years.

Again, sexually transmitted infections may not have any symptoms, however, they can lead to diseases all the same. Get screened, since it is the only way to tell whether you are infected or not.
You should get a medical check on a regular basis, or, at least, when you sense that something is not all right with your health. If you have unprotected sex, you might face serious consequences, and it is not only HIV that you should think of. Chlamydia, human papilloma virus, pelvic inflammatory disease and trichomoniasis are sexually transmitted diseases. Half of the American population gets a sexually transmitted disease at least once in a lifetime. Buy Maxidus

Painful urination, discharge from your genitals, itching genitals, bleeding, pain in the lower body are tell-tale signs. You should get checked if you have had sex with a risky partner: someone whom you do not trust or who has had a disease just recently.

If you have had sexually transmitted diseases during the past few years, you should get your sexual health monitored and get tested regularly. You do not want any unpleasant consequences. If you have several sex partners, you are at an increased risk.

You must not be shy when it comes to your safety. Tell your partner that you do want to reduce risk and use protection. Always be very honest with your doctor! Listen to your health care provider’s advice. Have physical exams and tests for STDs at least once a year. These tests are not painful, they are somewhat unpleasant, but they are much better than the alternatives. You might have to provide urine sample, blood sample, or a swab of the affected area. Those who belong to the baby boomer generation - they were born between 1945 and 1965 – should get screened for hepatitis C, too.
