Techniques to Prevent Premature Ejaculation

First of all you should understand what happens to your body at the time of ejaculation. The male orgasm consists of two stages: the first stage begins in the prostate gland which surrounds the urethra and is positioned in a circle above the layout of the penis. The prostate gland shrinks and releases fluids together with seminal vesicle contents into the urethra. The second stage occurs when the pelvic muscle contract tightly around the perineum, forcing fluid out with a considerable pressure. Men should be aware that it is possible to ejaculate without having an intense orgasm and vice versa (dry orgasm); orgasm is something mental and ejaculation is something physical.

The good news is that this problem is highly treatable, if a man is willing to ask for help by investing the time and effort required. The first step to eliminate premature ejaculation is to become more familiar with it. Be comfortable with your body, notice what feelings and sensitivities that lead to orgasm. You should learn and be able to predict when the orgasm will occur. This will prevent the surprise of having an orgasm without counting. This will help to understand what is needed to avoid reaching that point, where there is no possible return.

Many people are not aware but proper breathing helps develop control over ejaculation and give you a harder erection. This is because by doing some deep breaths, it will help you relax and calm the sexual tension that leads to premature ejaculation. Practice deep inhalations and exhalations and relax the whole body.

Communication is another of the essential keys to be considered to lasting longer in bed. Let your partner know when you are about to ejaculate and what you can or cannot stand. This involves verbalization therefore non-verbal acts are often misinterpreted. Words such as, “Hold” or “More” are obvious choices; short, meaningful words are also acceptable.

Another cause of premature ejaculation is anxiety, fear or discomfort with your partner. Premature ejaculation is less likely to happen when couples know each other well and feel comfortable with each other. And, more so if both are in a relaxed state and have no problems with contraception.

Many men in the second intercourse session can last longer than in the first. So perhaps, this practice can be incorporated into your sexual ritual. If the first time is short, continue to excite your partner with some oral sex or manual stimulation, keeping the excitement alive until you are ready for a second time.

Activ Homme Cream
Cream that stop premature ejaculation which reduce the sensitivity on the penis felt by men during intercourse are an option to circumvent this problem since they allow intercourse last longer. This gel is applied to the tip of the penis just before starting intercourse. The only problem is that some men find it less stimulating sexual act as the physical sensations are diminished. And Attention: This gel can also cause allergic reactions in men, if applied more than recommended.

Condoms also reduce the sensitivity of the stimulation during sexual intercourse. Many men feel that condoms allow them to a prolonged intercourse act because it reduces sensitivity. In addition to this advantage, condoms prevent sexually transmitted diseases and do not cause irritation in the vagina of the partner. These preservatives retardants contain benzocaine inside them, which functions as creams exiting sensitivity.

Sexual Position
The type of sexual position also determines and affects the length capacity of intercourse. The missionary position (man on top and woman underneath) is considered the best position to control ejaculation. However, all men are different but, in general, find more difficulty to control ejaculation when the partner is in a position of control. But it also depends on each one; try different positions according to what makes you feel better.

Technical Squeeze
This technique may be practiced with your partner using the hand or mouth or even alone. It will require great deal of trial and error before you will achieve the ultimate perfection. This method helps in most cases of premature ejaculation as long as both partners are willing to cooperate. Squeezing your fingers on the penis decreases the desire to climax. You should practice this method for a few weeks so you can control ejaculation.

Start your sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
Ask your partner to shake the tip of his penis (do a sort of ring with the thumb and the index finger and middle), the place where the glans (head) joins the shaft of the penis and hold this grip for about 10 to 20 seconds until the feeling of ejaculation pass.
After using the initial technique of squeezing the penis, wait about 30 seconds before trying to reach ejaculation. You will notice that when you press the penis it will become less erect; but barely get sexual stimulation again, and your penis will regain a new erection.

Start the session again and when you are about to ejaculate again, ask your partner to repeat the tightening process, pressing your penis firmly between the thumb and the other two fingers.

By practising this technique consistently, you can perfect the art of holding on to your ejaculation. And, at this point you can start intercourse with your partner without the fear of ejaculation.

Train the Pelvic Muscles
Well-developed pelvic muscles allow better control and make you aware of what goes on in the adjacent region. The lower pelvic muscles are used to stop and start the process of urination. Contract these muscles for 4 seconds and relax them for 4 seconds, repeating this ten times. You can do this anytime and anywhere.

Method for / Starts
A man usually believes that a “real man” should always give sexual pleasure to a woman. This kind of thinking is not only wrong, it is harmful. The method for / Starts focuses on redirecting the kind of thinking that leads to premature ejaculation. The method for / Starts aims to change this behavior: the man is encouraged to masturbate using the technique of stop / start to gain more control over their responses and his urge to ejaculate too fast.

·        Masturbate alone;
·        Make time available to masturbate with dry hands;
·        Start stroking your penis almost to the point of ejaculation and then stop;
·        You should do this 3 times;
·        The fourth time is allowed to ejaculate.
Once you have achieved this measure of control, you can try masturbating with a wet hand, it will give your penis a feeling more like the inside of the vagina.

Decrease Sexual Pressure
Many men who suffer from premature ejaculation feel frustrated and often embarrassed. Talk to a doctor or sex therapist is always a good idea because it helps determine the cause of the problem, which can be physical or psychological. While experiencing some treatment options, consider removing the pressure of the sexual side of your relationship. Some doctors recommend avoiding intercourse for a while and instead resort to other physical and emotional pleasure rather than intercourse itself. Many women enjoy penetration, but also feel great pleasure in foreplay, preferring often manual stimulation or oral penetration. Making a connection in this way will help to re-establish a physical link with the sexual partner. Removing the emphasis of intercourse can remove the worry of ejaculating too soon - and can help create the foundation for a more satisfying sexual relationship.

Final Thought
Premature ejaculation can be controlled with patience, effort and knowledge. Find out: this should be the first step. Recognizing your problem is half way to overcome them. To solve the problem, mentally and physically, it is much easier when both partners are involved, with full knowledge of the situation and open to talk about it.

What makes a really good sex?

The concept of good sex is a topic that is widely exploited by both media and people in their everyday conversations. There are entire sections in the libraries where you can find books about “How to achieve intense orgasm”, “How to realize your sexual potential” and other similar titles.
Most of us, influenced by romantic movies, TV shows and romance novels, are driven by the idea that the automatic arousal in response to the opposite sex and the famous butterflies in the belly are necessary prerequisite for good sex. But, what are actually these butterflies?

The butterflies are nothing else but a more beautiful name for a completely natural nervousness ahead of sexual intercourse. The first time you make love with someone, it is quite logical to enter this new experience with a certain sense of fear and unease. Just as our complete personality is a target of evaluation by the potential partner on our first date, when it comes to sexual relationship our body is the object of evaluation of the new partner before the first sexual intercourse. Therefore, it is very natural that on the eve of sexual intercourse we feel uncomfortable to some extent. However, only moderate discomfort is not the same as expressed feelings of fear and anxiety related to our own sexual competence.

Although most people love to talk and brag about their innovative sexual techniques and the way they can be applied, there is only a small number of people who will share their experience (which is actually natural) in which they felt unpleasant and uncomfortable during the first sexual intercourse with their new partner.

At the present time, which is characterized by a clear race for the confirmation of our own abilities, sex has become one of the instruments that are used as a tool to prove something. That’s why it is not surprising that a large number of people engage in sex as in one of the many activities that prove their worth. The prices we pay for this way of looking at sexuality are fears related to our sexual competence. Having sex with an idea that we must show off, usually leads to inability to maintain a hard erection in men and inability to reach orgasm in women. In this way, instead of practicing sex a way to relax, enjoy and achieve closeness, sex becomes a cause for concern in an increasing number of people around the world. Anxiety and fear are the main obstacles to achieving good sex and it is therefore very important to look at the factors that contribute to their occurrence.

One of the factors that lead to difficulties in sexual arousal in men is the so-called spectatoring – observing in which a man is focused on noticing erectile problems instead of enjoying the experience.   A common consequence of this tendency is weakening of the sexual arousal. A similar thing is present in every woman who has difficulties to reach orgasm. The more they tell themselves that they need to reach an orgasm the less chances they have to achieve orgasm because they are not focused on the erotic sensations which lead to orgasm.

If you are able to overcome these problems and relax, a good sex is guaranteed.

Testosterone Role in Sexual Health

Testosterone hormone is linked to male sexual drive. When you fail to maintain a hard erection, you should know that there is a problem with your testosterone. The hormone is produced majorly in the testicles. Besides sexual drive, testosterone is linked to:

                    Production of red blood cells
                    Deepening the male voice during puberty
                    Growth of body hair
                    Production of sperm
                    Development of sexual organs

Unlike a soft erection treatment plan, testosterone levels are higher in the mornings and low during night time. In the life of a man, testosterone levels are higher during his teenage days, after this stage they start their slow decline.

As an adult, as much as you have mature sex organs, testosterone now plays the role of maintaining your sexual drive. But once you hit thirty-years, the testosterone levels start declining at a rate of one percent annually.

It explains why libido starts waning as we age. The more testosterone levels decrease, the longer it takes to achieve an erection. It also contributes to the longer period it takes for you to get a hard-on after ejaculating.

As you continue aging, the more you risk suffer from sexual dysfunction. Well over twenty-five percent of males aged 40 and above suffer from Ed. The figure goes up to more than sixty-percent for men aged sixty-five years and above.

Thanks to science and factors of nature; there are numerous ways of treating erectile dysfunction; you can opt for surgery, prescriptions, vacuum devices or herbal sexual enhancer. However, before trying out any, you should have a sit down with your doctor.

Testosterone Boost

Dietary fat for men is far from a physique destroyer when taken in measures. Dietary fat consumption helps produce testosterone naturally. Studies published show that diets with higher monounsaturated and saturated fats help increase testosterone in a big way!

ZINC: a critical element in testosterone production. Average zinc supply in the body modulates testosterone levels in your body and the higher the testosterone, the higher your libido!

VITAMIN D: The most critical vitamin for testosterone booster. High vitamin D levels equate higher free testosterone levels and this means more blood pumping in your penis.

Moderate Training: Instead of spending hours on end at the gym, average training boost testosterone levels. Apart from burning extra fat and creating the perfect body, testosterone are affected by your exercise regime.

Substitute weights with simple but effective body exercises. As a matter of fact, alternate the weights with body exercises. Workout maximum an hour each day and things will improve!
